The brand name is inspired by the 33rd Kural from the 2000 year old Tamil treatise on Ethics called “Thirukkural”, written by the philosopher and poet, Thiruvalluvar. The 33rd Kural says that ”Each one of us needs to cultivate the principles of ethical living in whatever we do, wherever we go. One needs no time or place to do a morally right thing.” Kural 33 aspires to build a future where all living beings can co-exist in harmony with the environment.
