Safe Harvest’s Moong Dal is procured from Farmers’ Collectives in Baruch (Gujarat) and Bagalkot (Karnataka), regions that are famous for their pulses. Carefully grown to ensure that you get safe food without synthetic pesticides and without using genetically modified seeds. Three varieties of Moong are available – Moong Green Whole, Moong Green Split and Moong Dhuli. Moong is a rich source of Sodium, Dietary fibres and proteins. All products of Safe harvest are tested at FSSAI accredited laboratories for the presence of 149 pesticide residues and a Minimum Residual Level report is submitted.
